By accessing and utilizing the Paramedic Learning Management System (LMS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following policies. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in disciplinary action or loss of access to the system.

1. HIPAA & Privacy Compliance

Under no circumstances may ANY patient Protected Health Information (PHI) be uploaded, disclosed, entered, discussed, or disseminated within this system. Whether accidental or intentional, any disclosure of PHI will result in immediate and permanent disqualification from further use of the system and referral to the appropriate authorities.

Strict adherence to professional standards is required for all in-person training components:

  • Arrival: All course participants must arrive at least ten minutes prior to their scheduled start time.

  • Uniform: Participants must be in uniform, have a stethoscope, and a functioning watch to participate.

  • Entry Policy: Late arrivals or those not in proper uniform will be turned away at the door and will not receive credit for the session.

4. Refund & Credit Policy

Greenlawn Fire District maintains a strict no-refund policy for all courses.

  • No Refunds: Refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances.

  • Course Credits: If a user cannot attend a session due to extenuating circumstances, a credit for future courses may be extended at the department's discretion.

  • User Responsibility: All users are hereby notified to take judicious notice of the specific courses for which they are registering before completing payment.
